Shipping policy

At Charlotte Networking Knowledge we specialize in digital products, so there is no physical shipping involved. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital items via email.

Delivery of Digital Products
After your payment is processed, a confirmation email containing the download link(s) or access instructions for your digital product(s) will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure your email is accurate to avoid delays.

Accessing Your Digital Products
Once the order is confirmed, digital products will be available for immediate download or access. In case of any issues, you can always log into your Shopify account to view your orders and retrieve your download links.

Non-Receipt of Digital Products
If you don’t receive your access email within 30 minutes please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, contact us at dana@networkingknowledgeandgrowth.com, and we will assist you promptly.

Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any problems with your download or the product itself, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
